A hard fought game saw the Norfolk beat a determined Hove 3 side at the Grammar School. Tries from Debs and Mooey in the first half, and a try from Bosh in the second half along with a penalty and conversion from Tim Laker secured the win for the Norfolk. Hove stayed in the game thanks to their number 8, a regular in the first team, and (brief) ex-norfolk player Dan.
Big thanks to Matty Laker for running out to referee as Sussex were unable to provide a ref for the game. He certainly had his work cut out in a sometimes niggly encounter.
Overall, a great effort from the Norfolk, waring the opposition down by never giving up ..
Next week sees us away at Chichester 4. 3pm KO.
