The second half kicked off and Ditchling pinned Steyning in their own 22. Steyning fought valiantly and defended like dogs but after so much pressure, Ditchling scored another try with fifteen minutes to go. Following a sin bin for Charlie Luke (...) Steyning were down to fourteen men with ten minutes to play. Steyning started to kick their way out of pressure with fantastic tackling by Ellis Gordon which helped to start building momentum for Steyning. With a knock on in Steyning half with one minute to go, Steyning had a scrum and decided to play. The ball was put through hands to Man of the Match, Alex Bishop who put his foot down and weaved around and in and out of scattered Ditchling players, leaving the defenders in his wake.
