The 2019-2020 season is round the corner and this year Steyning start the season with a 'Cup in a day' tournament at St Francis in Crawley. 8 teams playing 15s fight it out for the first piece of silverware go the season...

Two pools of 4 teams, play round robin matches of 30 minutes, top team in each pool plays the final on same day, winner takes all!

The following week Steyning will Travel to Holbrook RFC for their final warm up game before facing Midhurst in the league.
