Set up a profile for you as the parent, and then a profile for your child. Make sure you associate them with Steyning Rugby Club. Your child will then be given an RFU ID number. This covers them for insurance at festivals. Please note down that number.

Set up your profile first, making sure you select yourself as a club member and a parent. When you do your child’s profile, please ensure they are correctly added as a player to the correct team. You can purchase a shirt (compulsory for anyone in Year 2 upwards) and any other playing items, socks, shorts etc from this site. Shorts and socks and polo shirts are only required for those playing matches (usually Year 7 school age upwards) You will have to validate your profile using your email address.

3. Download the pitchero app, and use the same log in details you set up for the website. This is where your child’s training sessions will be listed and any festivals or joint training dates. Please give your availability as early as possible.

4. You will be prompted to pay subs for the season via the app in the coming weeks.

5. This is hopefully where all communication will be made moving forward. We will keep you all informed of any changes as and when they will be happening!
