Subject: Notice of EGM and Club Chair Nominations.
Thank you to everyone who shared comments publicly and privately following the recent discussion about the future of the club. As I gave notice I intend to step away from the club early in 2026. Very aware of the festive break being a priority for most.
Hollie has given notice of an EGM (extraordinary general meeting) on Monday 12th January next. We would ask that anyone interested in a nomination for the role of Club Chair please let myself or Hollie as club secretary know by Friday 9th January at the latest.
We would like to vote on nominations at the EGM, have someone in place for 1st February to hand over and myself to exit by March 1st.
